BAIYUN® HD206 Aesthetic Grout
Product Introduction
HD206 Aesthetic grout is Epoxy grout designed for anti-mildew sealing. It has the advantages of no cracking, bright surface such as porcelain, high efficiency and lasting bacteriostasis and mildew-resistance, waterproof sealing, environmental protection, good construction performance, etc. It is widely used for joint sealing in kitchen, bathroom, hotel decoration and home decoration, and has no irritation or unpleasant smell during use, bringing you a brand-new construction concept and aesthetic effect.
Application:
1. Caulking and sealing for all kinds of counters, windowsills, furniture, cabinets, kitchen corners, toilet. It can also be used to bond all kinds of hard materials.
2. Installation, waterproofing, leaking stopping and decoration of kitchen and sanitary wares such as bathtubs, closets, hand washing basins, shower rooms and vegetable washing basins in hotels and families.
Instructions:
1. Joint surfaces must be clean, dry, dust-free and frost-free. Apply masking tape to the ceramic title surfaces next to the joint
2. Put on the nozzle and insert in the gun. squeeze out a few before applying to avoid uneven mix, which will lead to uncure.
3. Scrape the surface or the gap with a scraper and trim the corners slightly.
4. Working time is about 30 mintues. cured after 4-6 hours at 25 ℃ and reach its maxium physical properties after 24 hours.
Precautions
1. Uninstall the mix tube and put on the lid for the use of next time if still left over.
2. At winter when the temperature is low, Epoxy Aesthetic grout will be thick and need be heated before use so that it will be easy to use.

The package is a single needle tube and can also be customized-packaged.
